Privacy PolicySodaSlim Privacy Policy: what this website collects
This website takes no payment details and holds no order records.
Card details are entered on the seller's checkout. What this site can collect is what you type into one of its forms, and ordinary server and analytics information of the kind every website receives. This page sets out both, and what happens to each.
Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, the editorial address at the foot of the page will answer it.
What this SodaSlim desk receives
| Category | What it is | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Form submissions | Your name, email, order ID and message, when you send one of the two forms on this site | So that a reply can be sent, or a request passed to the order desk |
| Server logs | IP address, browser, the pages requested and when | Security, fault diagnosis and basic traffic measurement |
| Analytics | Aggregate page views and referrers | To know which pages are read, in aggregate |
| Cookies | Strictly functional only, where used at all | This site has no login, no basket and no personalisation |
| Payment details | None. This website never receives them | Card data is entered on the seller's checkout |
No profile is built from any of the above, and nothing on this site is sold to anyone.
Where SodaSlim form data goes
A message sent through the editorial form reaches the desk that writes these pages. It is used to answer you and for nothing else.
A refund request sent through the second form is passed to the order desk, because that is the only desk that can act on it. Sending it here is slower than calling +1 (302) 200-3480 and is offered for people who would rather write than call.
Neither form is a marketing signup. Sending one does not add you to a list, and there is no list to be added to.
What this SodaSlim desk does not do with data
- No selling. Personal information collected here is not sold, rented or traded.
- No profiling. Nothing on this site builds a behavioural profile or targets advertising at you.
- No payment data. This website never sees a card number, because the checkout is not on this website.
- No medical records. Do not send clinical details through either form. This desk is not a clinician and has no way to store such information appropriately.
The last point matters more than it sounds. People sometimes write to a supplement desk with a health history attached, hoping for advice. The right answer to those questions is a clinician, and the right thing for this desk to do is say so rather than keep the message.
Asking this SodaSlim desk to delete something
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@Sodaslima.com and say which of the three you want.
In practice the answer is usually short, because the only personal data this site holds about an individual is the content of a form they sent. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and fault diagnosis and are not linked to a name.
Order records are a separate matter and are held by the seller rather than by this desk. A request about those goes to contact@customercs.com or +1 (302) 200-3480.
Third parties and the SodaSlim checkout
Two outside parties are involved in an order. The seller's checkout takes the payment and holds the order record. The carrier receives the delivery address in order to deliver the parcel. Each has its own privacy terms, which govern what it does with that data.
This website also links out to published research on external sites. Those links are marked and they open the publisher's own page, which has its own policy. Nothing about you is passed to them by this site.
Fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which is a standard arrangement and means that service receives the request for the font file. No form data or order information travels with it.
Cookies on this SodaSlim website, in plain terms
This site has no login, no basket and no personalisation, which removes the reasons most websites set cookies in the first place.
What may be set is strictly functional: the kind of thing that remembers a page has been served correctly, or that an analytics request has already been counted. Nothing here follows a reader from site to site, and nothing here builds an advertising profile.
The order itself happens on the seller's checkout, which is a different website with its own cookie policy. If you want to know what that checkout sets, read it there; this desk cannot answer for it and will not pretend to.

Children, and who this SodaSlim website is written for
This website is written for adults aged 18 and over, which is also who the product is for: the label rules out anyone under 18 explicitly.
Nothing here is directed at children, no part of the site is designed to appeal to them, and this desk does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. There is no account to create and no profile to build, so in practice there is very little that could be collected from anybody.
If you believe a child has sent something through one of the forms on this site, write to contact@Sodaslima.com and it will be deleted. That is a short conversation and it does not need an explanation attached.
The same boundary runs through the product pages. The who it is for page names the four groups the label excludes, and anyone under 18 is the first of them.
How long this SodaSlim desk keeps anything
| What | How long | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A message you sent through a form | As long as the conversation is open, then deleted | There is no reason to keep a resolved query |
| Server logs | A limited period | Security and fault diagnosis |
| Aggregate analytics | Retained, but not linked to a person | To know which pages get read |
| Payment details | Never held at all | The checkout is not on this website |
| Order records | Held by the seller, not by this desk | The order desk took the payment |
A request about the last row goes to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 rather than to the editorial address.
If you would like something deleted, say so and it will be. The honest answer in most cases is that there is very little to delete, because this website is a publication rather than a service and collects what a publication collects.
What a site like this SodaSlim desk could collect, and does not
A supplement website is in a position to collect a great deal, and it is worth naming what has been left out rather than only what is taken.
No account. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is no password, no profile and no history attached to a person.
No email capture. No pop-up asking for an address in exchange for a discount, and no list to join. The two forms on this site reach a desk and go nowhere else.
No advertising pixels. Nothing here follows a reader to another website or builds an audience to retarget.
No health questions. A quiz that asks about your symptoms and then recommends a capsule is common in this category. There is not one here, because the answer it would produce is known in advance.
That list is a design decision rather than a legal position. A publication that collects little has little to lose, little to leak and little to explain, and on a site whose whole argument is that it reports the label accurately, the same restraint belongs in the plumbing.
Revisions to this SodaSlim policy
If this policy changes, the change goes onto this page and the review date moves forward. The date at the foot of every page on this site is the last review date, and for this page it is September 2026.
There is no separate archive of previous versions. If you need to know what this page said on a particular date, ask and we will tell you what we can.
This policy against the SodaSlim checkout you are sent to
The boundary that matters on this page is the one at the order button. Everything described above governs this website only. The moment a button hands you to the seller’s checkout, a different organisation is collecting a different and much larger set of details — name, postal address, card — under its own policy.
That policy is the one to read before confirming a purchase, because it, not this page, governs the data attached to the order. This desk cannot amend it, cannot see what it holds, and cannot delete anything from it on request. A deletion asked for here reaches only what this website itself received.
The practical consequence is worth stating plainly: if you want an order record changed or removed, the request has to go to the order desk on the published number, not to the editorial address. Sending it here produces a reply explaining the same boundary, several days later.
