A note on caffeine
SodaSlim contains naturally occurring caffeine from green tea and green coffee extracts. If you are sensitive to caffeine, have a heart condition or high blood pressure, or are already consuming a lot of caffeine, take this into account and speak to your doctor first.

Dietary supplements are regulated differently
In the United States, dietary supplements are not subject to the pre-market approval process that applies to pharmaceutical drugs. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness before they are sold. Any badge or claim suggesting a supplement is "FDA approved" is inaccurate — what a manufacturer can legitimately state is that a product is made in an FDA-registered facility, which is a statement about the premises, not the product.
