Contact Sodaslima: two desks, and which one to use

Writing to the wrong one costs days rather than minutes, which is why this table is at the top of the page.

This form reaches the people who write these pages. Use it for a correction, a question about the label, or anything to do with the site itself. It cannot look up an order.

Saying what a desk cannot do is more useful than another paragraph about what it can, because the four things below are the ones people write in about and wait days for an answer on.

It cannot give medical advice. Not about whether the capsule suits your medication, not about a symptom, and not about a dose. Those questions belong with a clinician who knows your history, and a supplement desk answering them would be doing something worse than unhelpful.

It cannot tell you how much of anything is in the capsule. The label prints no amounts, this desk has no laboratory, and no estimate appears anywhere on this website for exactly that reason. What it can tell you is the amount each ingredient’s own research used, which is on the ingredients page.

It cannot look up an order. This website holds no order records at all. The order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 is the only party who can.

It cannot change the seller’s price or terms. This desk reports them and corrects the page when they move. What the checkout charges is what you pay.

Everything outside those four is fair game, and a question about the label or about a page is the kind this desk exists to answer.

• The order ID. It is in the order email, and almost every question the desk can answer quickly starts with it.
• The email address used at checkout. An order can usually be found from this alone if the ID has been lost.
• The lot on the base of the bottle. Relevant to any question about the product itself. This batch is lot SOD-26/SO-2479.
• A photograph, if something arrived wrong. One picture settles what an email thread takes a week to establish.

Two of these are worth calling rather than writing about: a missing parcel and an address change, both of which get harder by the day.

The editorial desk here takes email and nothing else, which surprises readers who would rather talk it through. Nearly every question worth putting to it is about a number on a page — a dose, a trial, a line of label artwork — and a written answer can carry the link that settles the thing.

Writing also leaves both sides a record. When a reader says a figure here is wrong, the correction is checked against the artwork and the published research before anything on the page moves. That is slower than a phone call and a good deal more accurate, and the review date at the foot of the page moves when the change lands.

The order desk runs the other way round, on a phone line, because tracking and refunds need an account open on somebody’s screen and an order ID read aloud. A refund request sent to the editorial address only loses days: the two desks cannot see each other’s systems, and neither can forward a case to the other.
